Mohota family moved in textile business in 1898. This vast experience and expertise became the foundation of Pee Vee Textiles in 1990. The company came within own rights of Late Mr Gwaldas Mohota and Mr Arun Mohota in the year 1994. Mr Adarsh Mohota has joined business in 2008

Shri. Arunkumar Mohota (61),
who is the Managing Director of PVTL, is an engineer with a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Powai, Mumbai and has over 30 years of experience in the textile industry. |

Shri. Adarshkumar Mohota (37), who is the Wholetime Director of PVTL wef , is B.Sc having experience of 10 years in Textile Industry. |

Shri. Kul Bhushan Khullar (70), is B.Tech & M.B.A. having experience of over 40 years in integrated textile manufacturing companies in India and abroad, has joined as a Director wef June 01, 2013. |

Dr. P. R. Roy (79), is a well known Management Consultant having vast experience in Textile Industry. He has also worked with Arvind Mills as Chief Executive Officer and has joined as an Additional Director wef Nov 01, 2014. |
